Numbness in head, heavy heartbeats
I Tried suicide twice in 2015 after a relationship failure. Was treated and counselled for depression for a few months. Was ok thereafter but not perfectly ok. I again get suicidal thoughts frequently. I was recently in a relationship with a guy and whenever we have quarrel or some misunderstanding.. I again get depressed.

Hello I can imagine but can never really feel the way u do in such situation. But then why this is happening again is... Probably because emotionally the ability to handle stressors in life is still something that needs to worked upon. Look at it this way... None of us is born as an expert in handling emotions.. But with experiences gained in life we gradually become better in not repeating same mistakes and handle our emotions a little better than last time.. This may happen though that everyone we fail the memories of previous setbacks hit us and make us feel that we r back to same state but then u ll observe that there is atleast  some little thing better this time...
Next Steps
It's a process to learn how to handle emotional setbacks. Facing what we dont want to face but have to. Seeing a psychiatrist /psychotherapist for counselling /psychotherapy will help u rediscover your true and better self
