Numbness in hand fingers when I wake up

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I feel numbness in my hand fingers when I wake up, My blood reports are normal, no diabetes. I tested it with Phalen's test but no symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Please guide
