Sometimes i feel tingling in hand and feet when sit or sleep in some position what should I do to cure this

If you have diabetes you need to keep sugars under control That will improve this complain . If you are not Diabetic you should get checked the sugars . Are they are high this could also lead to this complain of yours . If Sugars are evaluated it could be due to vitamin B 12 deficieny . You could take vit B 12 enriched food and start the supplements by consulting the Doctor . Thank you
