Having numbness in fingers, of both hands, thumb, index and middle fingers, since last 1 month, give me solution in  exercise form

Physio with some blood tests like vitamin B12 , and vitamin D3, u may have deficiency before prescription of exercise

Numbness is a symptom that one of your nerve is getting impinged somewhere due to disc bulge or inflammation. Better to get checked from a good physiotherapist.
Next Steps
take ultrasound a n low TENS along the nerve root. only exercises might strain the muscles further, better to take modality treatment before exercises.

Simptoms on both the sides are sometimes of little concern so Go to a good and experienced physiotherapist.. let him check you clinically properly....he will guide you whom to consult if it cannot be solved with physiotherapy...

Get yourself evaluated by a physiotherapist to reach a diagnosis. (which seems to be either CTS or of cervical origin) Once a diagnosis is made the therapist will guide you correctly with the kind of treatment required.

Numbness for a month-Basically this is mainly due to the nerve injury (ie.nerves from the hand are injured)it might be an median nerve injury.Get the proper guidelines from Consultant Neurologist and you may go for Hand function exercises. Thank you
