Numbness around my arms
I sleep with my arm under the pillow.
The moment i sleep i feel a kind of sensation around my legs and all over hands its like a numbness or may be something that i dont know but my heart beat changes and i feel something going on in my legs and arms.. an this goes after an hour or so.. this happens every day its been more than a weak i am feeling this sensation......
What should i do ? Whom should i concern ?

Hi..... Your body weight will exert pressure on your nerves and disrupt the circulation of blood to your arm. Sleeping on your arm may compress the arteries and restrict the flow of blood with nutrients to your arm tissue. Consequently, your arm will not send signals to your brain or understand signals from your brain. Your arms or hands fall asleep while sleeping until normal blood circulation resumes.... I hope this helps....
