How safe is nuclear medicine scan when compared to CT scans or X ray. What is the relative comparison between the radiation from both.

All radiations affect the human body to varying effect whether it is TV, cellphone, electric power transmission line, X ray, CT, MRI, etc. You need to weigh benefits with respect to risks. A single exposure won't do much harm.

Nuclear medicine scan ,the radiation decays after some time and they use very minimal(set by guidelines)radiation. Benefits are higher than CT or Xray as we can know more about a organ and its functioning as well.

All radio scans are safe with single exposure. Repeated exposure there are set standards as per ISRO guidelines or Dept of Nuclear medicine.
