Nuchal translucency

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 30 years old and NT at 13 week pregnancy is 3.2mm. Double marker test showed low risk . Doctor opted TORCH infection screening now and aminocentesis at 16 th week. If both test comes back normal, can we say for sure that baby will be ok. Or should I think about abortion because NT is so high.
