I went for a NT scan at 12 weeks. In the scan everything was normal except the nasal bone was absent. And the same day I went for double marker test and the results say low risk. Please suggest.

Don't worry this can be normal variant as well so so you can repeat your ultrasound at anomaly scan to find out if any other abnormality is there since other parameters normal no need to go ahead with analysis
During NT scan, nasal bone being absent increases the risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the baby. Double marker test is done as next step but like every other test, it has its limitations.
