NT SCAN & DOUBLE MARKER
Is NT scan done Transabdominally or Transvaginally.
And do we need to have full bladder in case of Transabdominally.
Also, double marker test is done same day of NT scan, should this be done empty stomach? Kindly provide your views. Thanks.

It can be done both ways.
But Double marker is done around 11-12 weeks. At that time a Transabdominal scan is easier than a transvaginal scan unless the patient is very fat.
NT scan and Double marker are done the same day.

NT scan is done transvaginally
you need to empty ur bladder
after the NT scan you can give the sample for The double marker test
you don't need to be empty stomach for either of the tests
