NT NB USG REPORT
I am 40 yr and in 12th week pregnancy. My NTNB report shows NT 1.85 & Mentions Nuchal translucency is high normal measuring 1.8 mm (Average 5 values). Nasal bone (2.5 mm) CRL 6.5cm Intracranial translucency 2.1cm FHR – 162 bpm Placenta is posterior Cervical length 3.8cm Facial angle <85 uterine arteries 1.25 Average Ductus venosus shows normal ‘a’ waves. No tricuspid regurgitation is seen Screening ultrasound of maternal upper abdomen reveals no significant abnormality. The term "Nuchal translucency is high normal measuring 1.8 mm (Average 5 values).". Is making me tensed. Is everything is normal with my baby.

I can understand your concern as you are elderly pregnancy. But pls don't worry nuchal translucency is within normal limit(less than 2.5 mm is normal)

you need genetic tests as well..as it is high risk
