  4. Ns1 antigen positive. Pls suggest!

Too much bodyache.fever 101. Ns 1 antigen positive. Platlet count 140000 I am already consulting a doctor for throat infection and fever . This started on 15th nov night. Medicines started frol yday Taxim 400 - twice Zinetac 300-twice Allegra 120 - half twice Budecort 1.0mg for nebulising twice I got the tests done today only and found dengue one positive Pls suggest
