Notice blood stains in urine

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I noticed blood drops after uritinating a few weeks back on which I consulted an urologist. I was suggested urine lab test and ultrasound sound the results to which came normal. Today, again I noticed blood stains after urination. Can it be an issue with my uterus?
