Not taking food. For your reference.

Hello Doctor, My kid has fallen sick with Vomiting, fever and loose motions on Sep 9th morning and we have consulted local doctor but there was no improvement so we had admitted her in hospital on 10Sep night and was discharged from the hospital yesterday evening with a bit improvement shown in taking food and with no fever. Till yesterday night, she was able to take liquid food like curd and juice but from today morning she started refusing food and even her motions has stopped suddenly. We tried giving curd nd juice but still no luck. We went to the hospital again few hours back but then the doctor said that the baby is fine. Please advise if this is normal or anything to be done.
