My baby just turned 5 months last week. He is exclusively breast fed baby however I had started giving him similac formula just for one night feed for 2 days post which I stopped as he started farting a lot. Note that it's been 2 days since he is back to bf but he is passing a lot of gas with foul smell. He has not pooped since last 3 days. Prior to that poop was pale mashy yellow not seedy.
Additionally my baby has extreme reflux coz of which he is throwing up more milk. Additionally extra tests are done today to rule out UTI.
My concern for now is pooping. Is there something I can do to help baby poop? I have already been giving him massage on tummy plus exercises no luck so far. His urine count is normal.

Detail information about birth weight and present weight is needed
to make correct diagnosis. Baby on breastfeeding Or formula feeding tends to pass gases because of Carbohydrates. If you don't do tummy exercises like burping or putting baby upside down on tummy and patting on a lower back after each breastfeeding, because of gases baby will have vomitings. If child is vomiting And gaining good weight one should not worry.if child is not gaining weight or losing weight then one should consult paediatrician and get investigated for CHPS or GI reflux.

Increase frequency of breast feeding and also you have to take one extra glass of water before starting every breast feed to the baby and also one more glass while feeding. So that liquidity of milk will increase.
