I have an underlying issue of lower back pain and sciatica since over a year and am doing stretching on regular basis. As my physician had told me to lose some weight, I am working on that as well by walking for around 6 to 8 k steps (calculated by Google Fit App) daily on an average. With regards to diet also, I keep a strict watch and rarely consume oily or fried food. Still I am unable to lose weight. After very rigorous routine of 3 months I had lost merely 2-3 kgs, but I regained that soon after. I don't have
thyroid imbalance too. Please suggest me some supplement which is safe and does help me. 🙏🙏
