From past 2 years I am suffering sadness, losing interest in normal things, not getting exited in things. It seems to be that my brain is not working with full capability, not able to remember daily life things, facing problems concentrating. Unnessesary thoughts disturbing me. Bas lifestyle, sleeping more than 9 hours.
Actually it started when 2 years back I got admission to college and was not able to make friends, and was feeling very lonely, bitter and was taking pressures of exams and also was preparing for other entrance exam apart from college exams so that I can get better college and leave this on. Now this date I feel like I will not be able to do great things in life what I have thought. I was a bright child but it seems my brain has dulled down.
Though I feel better when I run, exercise or train. I don't like talking much now.
