I can understand your concern ..it's depends on many factors..you need to modify your lifestyle along with avoid smoking and alcohol do exercise,jpmr along with maintain proper diet

Hi . Erection is dependent on many factors - sexual desire / adequate sexual stimulation/ being relaxed / not having performance anxiety - As you say stress is present - addressing the stress can help in resolving your problem . Therapy / medication will help

It's completely alright as it sometimes happens Stress is the worst in this situation. The more you try to get an erection the worse the situation will be. Instead try to do other activities and not focus on it for a day and then If you have a partner focus on foreplay If you are single use your imagination in a room to fantasize. If you are still unable to get an erection then connect
