Hi I am not getting sound sleep in nights.waking up 2-3 time s with 1-2 hrs difference.this is happening from last 7-8 days.I am doing excercise 45 mins daily. also I am not using much phone or PC etc

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....I suggest you to do some morning brisk walking, meditation and yoga to destress.... There are certain hospital which has sleep clinics who can address your issue kindly visit that center... Good luck...
