I understand you feeling.
This is quiet a condition that every induvidual come up with in his life. This might be because of the stress, work place frustration, anxiety, emotions, sometimes physical insomnia. Just try to be normal as if you used to before. Take a walk in the morming with pet if you have, listen to your favorite music at work. Make a playlist of your favorite songs, have discussion with your family spend some time with them. Read books of your interest. Do not stay long upto late nights. Early to bed and early to rise is good always.you have seen life more than me I should not be telling you. Sorry for getting into your personals.
