Not getting pregnant

Asked for Female, 24 Years

From last 4 months I'm having regular menstrual cycle by consulting my family doctor. But still I'm not getting pregnant. My doubt is that if I keep sex 1 week before my period , the egg get disturb or not? Please give me one solution for that . Thank you.

If your cycle are regular then ovulation usually occur before 14 days of 1 st day of menstrual period.So for 28 weeks cycle ovulation occurs 28-14=14 for 32-14=16.so chances of getting pregnant are at most around 72 hours of ovulation. For more accuracy consult gynecologist and undergo ultrasound ovulation study
