Not getting periods

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Since last 2 years i am not getting my periods properly.it is like i get in a month or two and that too for only a day.period lasts for only one day even after i get it after so long.i get acidity sometimes.but i have migrane from last 7 years.but it is under control.plz help me as i am not getting my periods on a regular basis.
