Not getting periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello sir/mam, m not getting my periods since 4 months.. I got it last in the month of may.. And i am not pregnant either.. Kindly tell me what could be the reason behind this.. I faced this same issue 3 years when i didn't get it for 6 continuous months.. I am likely to get married in few months..

hello there. get s ultrasound done of abdomen and pelvis. to establish a exact cause, clinical examination and USG are basic necessities. consult a gynaecologist near you with the reports. regards
