Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello, I am not getting my periods or any symptoms to get its almost 11 days.I didn't have Sex but ya sometime my would be and me has gone through dry Sex that is without organs insertion . I felt some gel kinda things near to vigina.Is it a problem that I can get pregnant or missing periods.
