Not getting periods after first month

Question

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I took last month misoprostol 4 tablets on prescribed timings. I got heavy bleeding and tissues also in that periods after 4th tablet but second month now I am not having periods on the same dates as last month Am I still pregnant? Is it that I have to take again misoprostol to have periods this month also?

Normally after a medical abortion the next periods come in 4 to 6 weeks time. However an ultrasound pelvis to rule out retained product of conception is necessary too. Do one if not already done
