I inserted 4 pills of misoprostol under my tongue to terminate 3weeks pregnancy but I experienced light bleeding and few blood clot. What should i do because the ultrasound says my uterus is bulky with echogenic contents noted in the endometrium

Since the gestational sac has not yet formed probably that's why you dint bleed.
Anyways now wait for a week and repeat a scan.
