Not getting Morning erection
Hi Doctor. I am obese and recently Diagnosed with Hypertension. I have started taking healthy diet and started Gym. I have reduced  5 kgs. I have been prescribed OLMIZEST 20 MG tablets. But I am not using them.But what I noticed is, After I started healthy diet and gym am not getting any morning erection. Until then I didn't have any problem. I feel I am getting erectile dysfunction also. I didn't get this problem until I started diet and gym. I would like to know the reason. And how to get the erections like before. I don't have any Diabetes or cholesterol. Please guide me. Thank you

Thanks for asking. Regarding morning erections, it need not happen very frequently. In case of stress, one may not have morning erections, which is normal. There should be a concern if you are facing difficulties in sexual intercourse. That too for a month, and not occasionally. The age 38 as I see here, is not a worry for sexual dysfunctions. Obesity although is known to lower the sexual desire, but it does not cause Erectile problem.
