Not getting erection after 1 intercourse
Hi, I am unable to get a good erection after 1st intercourse. The first time sex is good and able to perform really well. But how to get an erection quickly for second time. I am getting second erection after around 3-4 hours

Hi, It seems you have developed internal weakness.
