Dear Sir/Madam,
In the October 2019, I went to the hospital for chest pain, doctor did ECG and said it's not the problem with heart and told me to consult psychiatrist.
Then I went to the heart specialist and did all the tests, but there was no problem with the heart.
After that I realised it's related to my mental health.
From then I am having symptoms like dizziness (less) and feeling like chest is tight sometimes.
Can you please advise how can I deal with them and how can I overcome from it permanently?
Do I need to take any suppliment for it?
What should it be my diet? So that it will help
Thanks,
Nilesh Deshmukh
