It doesn't seem much like a Psychiatric problem but getting an evaluation done wouldn't harm, nonetheless. If you do not have any other problems like low mood, decreased energy, decreased interest in activities, sleep disturbance etc then the problem is more physiological than psychological I presume.

No matter what, visit a Psychiatrist and provide a detailed history
Need to evaluate cause , sometimes anxiety, some specific food concern , anorexia etc cause r responsible, sometimes some enzymes like orexin ,Leptin also not in proper balance ..so accordingly we will start ur treatment
