Not feeling hungry from past 2 days

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My father is not feeling hungry from past 2 days. Six months back he went through surgery of stomach due to gall bladder stones resulting gall bladder is removed, Kindly suggest me something. Is it sometimes serious as he is not at all feeling hungry?
