I am not able to concentrate on my work and I feel a bit lethargic even after sleeping for more than 8 hours. The problem is that I am not able to sleep for a continuous period as I wake up in between a few times.
Need some suggestions in general what lifestyle changes should I do to sleep well and make my day more productive.
(Just for reference, my job involves work from home mostly sitting in front of computer throughout the day)
