Not feeling energy to do work
On some days of week I feel normal and energetic to do my daily work. & on 3-4 days of a week I feel very exhausted, unmotivated and did not even feel happy for good things happen to me. I am facing this for many year,and did not able to understand the reason behind this. & I am sure their is something wrong but what is wrong I don't know.

Stop watching all other news channels except DD News. Be selfish. Think about yourself and your loved ones only. Stop advertising your feelings and moods on social media. Watch a movie when you are in a bad mood to escape the world. Don't overthink about your past and future. Both are uncontrollable and unchangeable. Stop worrying about corruption, terrorism, global warming, poverty, feminism and everything else which you can't change. Spend as much as of your time as you can with kids.
