Not feeling energetic

I am working on night shifts in a corporate company I don't have time to eat 3times a day due to this I becoming very thin/slim can you please guide me in choosing what kind of food is really I need to take in this type of situations to become healthy and energetic.

hello there. have high protein diet. lots of greens and fruits. stay well hydrated by drinking lots if water, fruit juice etc. you could also consider taking a multivitamin tablet everyday after meals. stop smoking or drinking if you are. regards
