Respected Sir/Madam
I am married Just 6 days back, doing Sex for the first time. I had done sex 4 times at a time, sometimes less also but doing it on regular basis without Condom. But my penis is going into the vagina half since my wife is feeling pain, it results that semen is coming out when I take my penis from the Vagina. Not enough tight also when I am doing Sex, adding to it once ejaculated takes long time again ready my penis for sex.

Hello,
Let me explain you about your issue in brief -
Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes?
Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated.
We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step.
So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you.
