Not eating whole night as I sleep
I am 20 weeks pregnant.I slept at 10 and got up at 8 in morning . I didn't get up at night . I just had two sips of water . Will my baby be hungry whole night . Should I get up once in night and eat something for baby in womb I am frightened. Sleeping whole 8 hours , I don't provide my baby needed nutients in womb

Hello there, You don’t need to get up in night . It’s completely fine and healthy to have sound sleep at night . Baby in womb will get nutrients from your blood only , not directly from food you are taking .
