Nasal blockade could be one reason that comes to mind.
Give breastfeeds at a gap of atleast 2-1/2 to 3 hours,maintain correct position during feeds.
If this is present since birth OR you feel baby gets breathlessness and sweaty while feeding,consult your paediatrician for physical examination to rule out more serious conditions like heart or lung problems.
