Not disroot of milk teeth
I want to tell u that my milk teeth are not disroot but permanent teeth has already come. the condition is that in my mouth instead of 32 teeth i have 36 teeth due to the presence of both milk and permanent teeth.what should i do

What did not exfoliate naturally has to be extracted clinically..... any delay in this treatment should be avoided so that further malalignment of the teeth can be prevented.... please visit a dentist for a proper clinical examination..... One X Ray called OPG might also be required before the treatment....
