I can sleep only if am tired to the core. I can’t concentrate to sleep. Am awake the whole night and start to sleep only by morning 8AM or 10AM.
Sometimes even if I sleep early, I wake up in the middle and can’t get back to sleep.

Sleep and wake up at regular time
Avoid caffeinated drinks at least 8 hrs before sleeping
Avoid using mobile laptop tv etc at least half an hour before sleeping
Don't take nap in day time.
