2014 - Weighed 58 kgs - started working out continously for 1 year until
2015 - dropped 8kgs + gained strength.
2016 - Gap of 6 months as had to travel - weighed 56 kgs
2016-Sep - started working out from september onwards
2017 - still working out but instead of dropping weights I am putting on weights
consulted physician / nutrionist at gym still.
I am doing intense workout still not getting results
Diet Chart
5.30 am : lemon water with honey
6.00 am : Half apple + black coffee + Bcasole tablet
6.15 am to 8 am : workout
8.15 am : 1 scoop whey protein
8.45 : 1 brown bread + half cup tea
10.30 am : half scoop oats with milk
1pm : lunch (1 roti + sabzi )
4.30 pm : black coffee
5.30 : half apple
6.00 pm : half scoop whey protein
9.00 pm : Dinner ( oats + daal + sabzi+curd)
