Not able to shed weight
Age : 29 years Height : 5.2 2014 - Weighed 58 kgs - started working out continously for 1 year until 2015 - dropped 8kgs + gained strength. 2016 - Gap of 6 months as had to travel - weighed 56 kgs 2016-Sep - started working out from september onwards 2017 - still working out but instead of dropping weights I am putting on weights consulted physician / nutrionist at gym still. I am doing intense workout still not getting results Diet Chart 5.30 am : lemon water with honey 6.00 am : Half apple + black coffee + Bcasole tablet 6.15 am to 8 am : workout 8.15 am : 1 scoop whey protein 8.45 : 1 brown bread + half cup tea 10.30 am : half scoop oats with milk 1pm : lunch (1 roti + sabzi ) 4.30 pm : black coffee 5.30 : half apple 6.00 pm : half scoop whey protein 9.00 pm : Dinner ( oats + daal + sabzi+curd) Kindly assist me and share your suggestions I have upcoming badminton tournaments for which I need to loose atleast 5 kgs. Please share your valuable guidance and recommendations.
