Not able to run
Hi, 40 days ago I started running exercises. I feel good while walking but during running I feel like that my body is very heavy after running few minutes and I am not able to run after 3-4 minutes in a one go and then start walking again.earlier my think was it is due to my recent start of running but now it is almost 40 days and I am facing same problem. My BMI is normal having weight of 74kg and height is 5.10 inches.
