Not able to Orgasm with Partner

Hi Doctor, We are planning for baby from last one month, however I am unable to orgasm with my partner. To give you a background my wife has relatively low sexual libido, due to which we have had a relatively low sexual relationship frequency mostly making love once in two months. I have a high libido for sex, so I am more used to masturbation(almost daily once). I can easily orgasm while masturbating but mot able to do the same while having sex. Please advise.
