I have been struggling with my sex life since marriage (almost 3 years). Usually am able to perform at morning time. But since last few attempts that also not happening as erection goes away very quick and never comes back. I though it might be happening low due to dosage of tadalfil. I tried to increase the dose of tadalfil ( tazzle 20 mg) and to my surprise erection did not last even for 5 mins. This has become worrisome now as we are about to start planning for baby.
I have got the basics checked. Only have borderline high cholestrol. No sugar, diabetes.
I am clueless now what should be my next step. I have done rounds of counselling also does not help much. Need valuable advices.
