Not able to listen to lectures
I'm an under graduate student, I'm having trouble listening to lectures, I day dream or either get distracted easily, I ve this problem from past 7 - 8 years, and I'm anxious too, it's ruining my life. I already got 2 years back because of this. I don't know what to do, my previous doctor prescribed me ssri but it only reduced my anxiety. and also

Hi, You have to understand that out thoughts are like a running river, it does not stop and cannot be stopped completely. We can only try to hold our attention and concentration on a particular issue as far as possible. It depends on how determined are you in your studies. Since your current problem is with attention, concentration and memory, you need counselling regarding how to improve your concentration and memory. Regards

If its due to anxiety disorder then medicines are surely needed for treatment. Kindly visit a psychiatrist in person for that. Besides Brahmri yoga can help increase your concentration and eases your anxiety.
