Your problem is for two weeks only so it can be due to any major illness in last few weeks or due to some medicines that you might have taken including nutritional supplements. Often it can be due to increased stress / anxiety or due to blood abnormalities for which you need to do blood tests Hb, TC, DC, fasting sugar, Prolactin, TSH. Depending on the reports treatment is decided. Based on assessment treatment is quite fruitful. You should do relaxation exercises. Even after two weeks more you don't get better then may need medicine.
Next Steps
For medicine you can go for paid consultanion for online prescription.

There could be many reasons behind it (psychological or physical) which has to be identified to find the solution. Don't worry it doesn't seems to be a big problem as it is there for last two weeks only. Please connect with any psychiatrist for detail discussion so that the reason is identified and accordingly solution can be provided. All the best
