Not able to eat anything
For last two days, I don't feel like eating. Whenever I eat I end up vomiting. Not having motions also, and urine is of yellow color. Also feel weakness and migraine if concentrate on TV or cell phone for even five minutes. Has ors and now weakness is not there but still not able to digest food.

hello there.
you shouldn't waste time and go visit a physician right away, it could be just an infection or you could be even having a jaundice.
don't keep a doubt in mind, visit a physician and get diagnosed properly.
