Not able to diagnose
I am 25 and unmarried. Since a month, I am having pain in my right pelvic area, lower back which radiates to right leg sometimes. Had visited gynaecologist for it. Done USG, which didn't show abnormality. Still pain continued. She thought it might be small stone. So did KUB X-RAY. It didn't show any stone. Still pain was there. So underwent CT scan. I have attached it's report. My gynaecologist said the endometrium thickness will reduce after periods. But I didn't get my periods yet. Today is the date. I had got my last periods on 10th June. My periods were never irregular. Sometimes before time or sometimes on time. And I have never taken any pills to prepone or postpone my periods. But this time I didn't get them yet and I am having yellowish discharge with tinge of blood. I am very scared. Please help.

YOU HAVE STATED TWO PROBLEMS. WHEN THERE IS DULL ACHING PAIN IN THE RIGHT PELVIC AREA, ITS USUALLY BECAUSE OF SUB ACUTE APENDICITIS WHICH DOESNT SHOW IN USG. ARE YOU EATING LOTS OF BESAN FRIED THINGS, IF YES THEN STOP IT. REGARDING YOUR PERIODS WAIT PATIENTLY AS THEY WOULD EVENTUALLY COME. GET A URINE PREGNANCY TEST DONE IF YOU HAD A SEXUAL CONTACT. IF YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT WAIT. STRESS ITSELF IS A VERY BIG FACTOR CAUSING AMENORRHEA

If you have not yet got your periods, check out the urine pregnancy test if sexually active. If negative, await your normal periods. You should get them in a few days. Wait for a week after delayed periods of urine pregnancy test is negative. If positive, consult your gynec. Lower backache radiating to the legs can also be because of some spine problem. Show a Orthopedic surgeon if the pain is persistent. Dr Sachin Dalal Madhu Hospital Bhandup West Mumbai.
