Not able to breathe properly
I've been facing difficulties in breathing since the past 9 months. I've had it before that too, but got it temporarily cured by taking few ayurvedic meds. But ever since it returned I am just not able to get rid of it despite going to the gym and applying almond oil into my nostrils every night before sleep. I'm somewhat sure I got a deviated septum. Is there a non surgical way to cure this? Thank you.
