Not able to breath proper
Since last night I'm not able to breath properly one of my vein on the left hand side under breast is paining during breathing

I think I am late to reply, but to pain in that mentioned area could be evidence of fluid in your chest.. get chest Xray done and contact me in Nagpur for any further treatment
