Not able retract my foreskin fully
Hello, I'm not able to retract my foreskin fully when I'm erect. I can do it till more than half of the penis head but not further. When I try a lot to pull it back completely, it pains for the entire day. I can completely pull back my foreskin when flaccid. Please suggest what should be done in this case. Also,  since my last relationship, I've become very conscious about my performance in bed, and I'm very worried that I'll be able to satisfy my current girlfriend or not. I mastrubate regularly. Please suggest something that I can do to improve myself in bed and last longer.

Hi, Firstly with regards to your foreskin issue don’t try and force to retract at as it is not ideal. Also it is not compulsory to retract your foreskin completely. However if you facing issues with your sexual activities due to this then you need to seek a specialist opinion. However with regards to your issue of lasting longer in bed. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation. There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive. Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. PE is also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax or early ejaculation. PE might not be a cause for worry. It can be frustrating if it makes sex less enjoyable and impacts relationships. If it happens often and causes problems. However this issue is not a major cause to worry as much as there are medications and treatment available for the same.
