Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have PCOD problem.. I was pregnant and due to bleeding started on 28.06.2022 I had miscarriage... after that I had D&C on 11.07.2022 , but bleeding is continuously happending during urine also.. TVS pelvis was also done but everything is normal without RPOC.. Doctor prescribed antibiotics also but it did not work.. Then doctor suggested to take nostra cr 10 mg for 25 days and trenexa mf 500 thrice for three days.. Will it solve my problem of bleeding... PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO??
